Tagish Lake Gold Corp.'s Skukum Project is served by an already well established and functioning infrastructure, with assets equal to over eight million dollars. All three areas with mineralized zones are serviced by gravel roads. The present service building, a steel structure with metal-clad siding and roof, contains 250 square metres of floor space, and the Company envisages this to be adequate for the maintenance shops, warehouse, and assay office. A mill, with a rated capacity of 270 t/d, exists. Electrical, water, and telecommunications supplies will need to be put in place. A tailings pond with an estimated capacity of 700,000 tonnes already exists on the property, and water may be drawn from the Wheaton River . Finally, there is a trailer camp on the property that holds up to 35 people.

Overall, the infrastructure on Tagish Lake Gold Corp.'s Skukum Project is already well established and functioning.
